John is a trial attorney with extensive experience in all facets of litigation. He is a member of the Iowa Academy of Trial Lawyers, whose membership is limited to 250 attorneys who have displayed exceptional skills, the highest integrity and have dedicated their practice to litigation. Membership is by invitation only. John has represented injured Iowans and family members of injured Iowans, in personal injury and workers' compensation cases against large corporations, insurance companies and employers for more than thirty years. John also practices bankruptcy law and represents individuals in Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 Bankruptcy's. He also has an active criminal law practice, representing individuals accused of crimes in the State of Iowa. John currently serves as the Madrid City Attorney, Madrid, Iowa.
