Dick completed his undergraduate studies at Creighton University in Omaha, Nebraska and graduated from the University of Iowa Law School in 1950. He was admitted to practice in Iowa in February 1950 and is a member of the Boone County Bar Association, Iowa State Bar Association and the American Bar Association. His areas of practice include by are not limited to the areas of real estate, wills, trusts, estates, and business law.

Mike completed his undergraduate and legal studies at Washburn University in Topeka, Kansas. He is admitted to practice in Iowa and Kansas, and is a member of the Boone County Bar Association, Iowa State Bar Association, Kansas State Bar Association and the American Bar Association. In 1979 Mike began his practice of law with his father and Richard T. Jordan in Boone, Iowa and continues the family firm tradition by practicing with his son and daughter. Mike’s areas of practice include but are not limited to business law, real estate, wills, trusts, and estates. In addition to being in private practice, Mike has served as the Assistant Boone County Attorney and as the Madrid City Attorney, Madrid, Iowa.

John completed his undergraduate studies at Iowa State University, Ames, Iowa and his legal studies at Drake University Law School, Des Moines, Iowa. He began practice alongside his father, Dick, in 1981 and practices in areas including, but not limited to personal injury, civil litigation, medical malpractice, worker’s compensation, bankruptcy, and criminal law. He is currently admitted to practice in all federal and state courts in Iowa and is a member of the Iowa State Bar Association, Iowa Trial Lawyer’s Association, and Boone County Bar Association. In addition to being in private practice, John has served as the Assistant Boone County Attorney and is currently the Madrid City Attorney, Madrid, Iowa.

Meredith graduated with honors from Carleton College in Northfield, Minnesota and with honors from Drake University Law School in Des Moines, Iowa. During law school Meredith was a staff member of the Drake Law Review where her article entitled Miss-and-Run Accidents and the Physical Contact Requirement: An Unfair Advantage for Insurance Companies in the Insurance Capital of the Heartland was selected for publication. Additionally, Meredith successfully completed the Neal & Bea Smith Law Center, Drake Law School, Clinic in Criminal Defense, Advanced Clinic in Criminal Defense and Appellate Clinic in Criminal Defense. Meredith began practicing alongside her father, Mike, and brother, Ryan, in 2006 and is currently admitted to practice in all state and federal courts in Iowa and is a member of the Iowa State Bar Association and the Boone County Bar Association. Meredith’s practice areas include but are not limited to family law, personal injury, business law, civil litigation, criminal law and bankruptcy.
